CUNA Mutual Group has added electronic signature capabilities to its widely used LOANLINER lending documents and loanliner.com online lending application.

The new interface uses the TotaleAtlasWeb solution from Integrated Media Management to provide prior authentication and the ability to sign documents from anywhere at any time, CUNA Mutual said.

"When used along with CUNA Mutual's loanliner.com, this interface provides real-time delivery of compliant documents and an efficient and secure method of electronically signing the documents," said Dan Murray, vice president at CUNA Mutual in Madison, Wis.

CUNA Mutual said approximately 6,500 credit unions use LOANLINER documents for member applications and that more than 525 use loanliner.com, the online solution that has been used to file more than 3 million loan applications in the past five years.

CUNA Mutual's loanliner.com provides 50-state customized, compliant Internet loan applications and can give members online loan decisions in seconds and 24/7 access to online loan applications.

"The IMM-CUNA Mutual partnership will greatly benefit credit unions by providing a seamless, hands-off approach to documents created within LOANLINER and then completed in-branch or remotely via the Web using IMM solutions," said Chuck Klein, CEO of IMM, a Linden, N.J., provider of paperless technology solutions to more than 600 credit unions and banks.
