A new Relationship Management Department has been created by FedComp, a provider of core processing and related services to small credit unions.
The Fairfax, Va., company said it has allocated significant resources to the new department that will use technology and expertise to help its clients "organize, automate and synchronize business processes."
Derrick Smith, FedComp president, said, "This team is designed to create a true partnership with our credit unions, complementing not just their efforts at data processing but technology utilization in general, along with operations, compliance and strategic issues."
