Members 1st Federal Credit Union, Mechanicsburg, Pa., announced that Mark Robinson was hired as contract manager/buyer. Robinson has over three years of corporate procurement experience. At Members, Robinson will be responsible for providing procurement, contracting and contract management in support general operations and member satisfaction. Frank Fischer was hired as senior vice president of relationship management for the Harrisburg area. Fischer has over 38 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Bowater Employees Credit Union, Calhoun, Tenn., announced that it has hired Brian Trotter as vice president of branch operations. Trotter spent the last nine years as the manager/CEO of Cleveland/Bradley County Teachers Federal credit Union.
DuPont Community Credit Union, Waynesboro, Va., announced that Alan Christopher was named vice president of risk management. Christopher has worked at DuPont for four years and brings over 16 years of financial institution experience to his new position. His new positions includes responsibility for compliance, fraud, internal controls, guidance and consulting on various initiatives. Christopher was previously director of risk management at DuPont. He joined the credit union in 2004 as the internal auditor. Ben Irick was hired to the member investment services team as a financial consultant. Irick has two and half years of experience in financial services. Irick holds both the Series 7 and series 66 stock broker licenses.
Virginia Credit Union, Richmond, Va., announced that Jason Bane was hired as vice president of infrastructure operations. Bane was previously a senior manager in the card infrastructure group at Capital One. Bane is responsible for voice and data communications, server engineering and administration, architecture, desktop support, helpdesk and mainframe operations and system support.

Consumers Credit Union, Waukegan, Ill., announced the hiring of two new employees. Delia Garcia was hired as a real estate loan officer. Garcia has more than 18 years of experience in mortgage lending. Garcia is also bilingual and will help the credit union better serve the growing Latino population in Lake County.
Heather Mentzer was hired as the executive assistant to President Sean M. Rathjen. Mentzer previously worked as the executive assistant to the chief of development for Cosi Inc.
City-County Federal Credit Union, Minneapolis, announced that Jon Seeman was named president/CEO. Seeman succeeds former President Dean Nelson who retired on June 30 after more than 20 years of service. Prior to coming to City-County, Seeman was the interim president of Teacher Federal Credit Union. He joined Teacher Federal in 1996 as senior vice president of finance.
Corporate Central Credit Union, Muskego, Wis., announced the hiring of Ellen Janevucius as relationship development officer for the Illinois market. Janevucius will meet with members and future members to determine their needs and provide correspondent, investment and liquidity solutions. Prior to coming to Corporate Central, Janevicius worked at HealthCare Associates Credit Union for 11 years as a marketing manager and was a member for the Illinois Credit Union League Marketing Exchange.

Wauna Federal Credit Union, Clatskanie, Ore., announced that Loan Officer Marvene Lane celebrates 10 years of employment at the credit union. Lane is a loan officer in the Clatskanie branch.
People's Community Federal Credit Union, Vancouver, Wash., announced that Cristi Langston was promoted to chief operating officer. Cristi has worked at People's for the past 17 years and has held various positions at the credit union. Langston's most recent position was director of operations. In her new position, Langston will be responsible for lending, member service and all aspects of branch operations. Ed Seidenberg was promoted to president/CEO. Seidenberg was the chief financial officer since April 2006.
