EAST

Saugus Federal Credit Union, Saugus, Mass., announced the hiring of Susan Dunbar as lending manager. Dunbar has more than 25 years of consumer and mortgage lending experience and will oversee the lending and mortgage departments at the credit union. Dunbar is a notary public and a member in the North Shore Consumer Credit Association and a past member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Banker's Association.

SOUTH

Enrichment Federal Credit Union's, Oak Ridge, Tenn., announced that its Internal Auditor Linda Goff was named the Association of Credit Union Internal Auditors, auditor of the year. The award recognizes the outstanding dedication to the association and the internal audit profession. Goff has worked as Enrichment's internal auditor for the past 14 years. Goff also developed the internal audit function that is a useful tool for the management team to make sure the credit union stays within the guidelines of the credit union policies. She has also completed the CUNA regulatory training and certification for credit union compliance experts and is a certified compliance specialist. Goff has served on the Oak Ridge Chapter of Credit Unions since 1995 and as been the organization's president for the past five years.

Tower Federal Credit Union, Laurel, Md., announced the appointment of Tina Mathes as deposit services manager. As the new manager, Mathes will be responsible for assuring that quality account services are provided to members in compliance with state and federal regulations and Tower's policies and procedures. Previously, Mathes previously worked for two Maryland banks Sandy Spring Bank as a manager in the payment services and operations areas and Mercantile Bank in the deposit services and operations areas.

Georgetown Kraft Credit Union, Georgetown, S.C., announced the promotion of four employees and the hiring of four new employees. Laura Holcombe was promoted to Georgetown Kraft's operations department as the accounts payable/courtesy pay coordinator. Kara Nesbitt was promoted to Georgetown Kraft's loan recovery department assistant. Charlene Hughes was promoted to head teller in the Georgetown office. Jessica Morris was promoted to assistant head teller at the Georgetown office. Jennie Holloway, Daphne Ray and Sherry Sutton were all hired as tellers. Virginia Dugan was hired as part-time in the loan recovery department to handle summons and complaint notices.

The Pentagon Federal Credit Union, Alexandria, Va., announced the hiring of Brett Decker as senior vice president of its foundation. Decker previously served as senior vice president of communications at the Export-Import Bank of the United States, lived in Hong Kong as an editor and writer for The Wall Street Journal and worked in the Majority Whip's office of the U.S. House of Representatives. One of Decker's projects is to raise $12.5 million to build a lodge to house veterans to get artificial limbs and other poly-trauma care after returning from war in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Virginia Credit Union, Richmond, Va., announced that Lee Dranoff has been named vice president of member service and consumer lending operations. Tim Kelly has been named vice president of member services. Both were previously assistant vice presidents.
MIDWEST

Consumers Credit Union, announced that LeAnne Lindenbach has been named senior loan officer. Lindenback has worked at consumers since 2001 holding various positions such as teller, loan officer and most recently office manager for the Cambridge office. Lindenbach has also been involved in member service initiatives such as the best place to work, dollars for scholars and exceptional member service committees.

Credit Union ONE, Ferndale, Mich., announced that Matthew Lahr has been named director of branch services for the credit union's eastern region. Lahr has been at Credit Union ONE for 20 years and has most recently served as an area manager overseeing five Credit Union ONE branches. Also, Pricilla Venhuizen has been appointed branch manager at the credit unions Traverse City branch. Prior to coming to Credit Union ONE Venhuizen served as vice president of operations and network services for Steelcase Employee's Credit Union in Grand Rapids, Mich.

WEST

The Credit Union Associations of Colorado and Wyoming, Denver, Colo., announced the hiring of Amy Falconetti as a new staff accountant. Falconetti has over six years of experience, and she will work with accounts payable, billing, bank deposits and month-end closings at the associations. Prior to the associations, Falconetti served as the office manager for the Wizard's Chest and worked as a full-charge bookkeeper.
