AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- A pair of West Coast credit unions received top honors from Digital Dialogue recently.

First Tech Credit Union and Pacific Marine Credit Union received the leadership award and service innovator award, respectively, at the Financial Service Centers Cooperative's annual meeting in Chicago.

Michigan-based Digital Dialogue provides call center and other services and software to FSCC and more than 200 individual credit unions.

First Tech CU of Beaverton, Ore., was cited for helping to create a shared branch system that uses wireless banking as well as for consistent monitoring and feedback on each member call interaction, and for "daily scripting due diligence."

Pacific Marine CU of Camp Pendleton, Calif., was cited for call center scripting techniques, 24/7 delivery for Western Union and wire processing and for other "creative solutions in providing 24/7 account access for their members nationwide."

Both $1.8 billion First Tech CU and $479 million Pacific Marine CU use Digital Dialogue call center services through FSCC, the company said.
