TALLAHASEE, Fla. — Credit Union 24 has strengthened it presence in the Pacific Northwest with the addition of seven new CUs headquartered in Washington State.
The nationwide credit union-owned ATM and debit network headquartered in Florida announced that seven of the 15 new credit unions that joined up in the first three months of this year are based in Washington State.
Ten new Credit Union 24 member credit unions are Azalea City Credit Union, Mobile, Ala.; Blue Mountain Federal Credit Union, College Place, Wash.; Gesa Credit Union, Richland, Wash.; Holston Methodist Federal Credit Union, Knoxville, Tenn.; Kingdom Federal Credit Union, Norfolk, Va.; Mercy Federal Credit Union, Savannah, Ga.; Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol Federal Credit Union, Jackson; Sarasota Municipal Employees Federal Credit Union, Sarasota, Fla.; and Seaford Federal Credit Union, Seaford, Del.
In addition, these five new member CUs are headquartered in Seattle: Eastside Credit Union, Financial Services CU, Kenworth Employees Credit Union, Pacific Credit Union and Westside Credit Union.
The network attributed the burst of new members from Washington State to the marketing and work done by its partner Member Access Pacific, a regional ATM provider for credit unions.
“Our new participating credit unions represent a wide array of institutions both in terms of size and geographic location, which speaks to the flexibility and diversity of options offered by Credit Union 24 as well as to the appeal of the Credit Union 24 philosophy,” said Credit Union 24 President and CEO Jim Park. “We're excited to be working with these credit unions and look forward to a strong and lasting relationship with our new participants.”
