PEORIA, Ill. — Citizens Equity First Credit Union plans to use a set of imaging solutions from Atlanta-based VSoft Corp.
The $3.3 billion CU says it will use the company's image capture and exchange, archive, branch item and merchant capture, image statements and e-statements solutions. The deployment will streamline workflow and eliminate the need for paper cash letters for check clearing, the CU says.
"The VSoft implementation positions us well in our migration to an image capture environment from a very paper-based deposit source today," says Todd Haller, vice president of electronic funds transfer at CEFCU.
"By utilizing VSoft's comprehensive solution line, CEFCU will realize the benefits of straight through image processing from creation, processing and transmission of the check images to long-term storage and retrieval," said Murthy Veeraghanta, president of 1,700-client VSoft.
