WASHINGTON -- NAFCU Services Corporation and compensation consulting firm Burns-Fazzi, Brock & Associates have recently launched their first co-sponsored survey--the 2007 Executive Compensation & Benefits Survey.

"The survey will provide invaluable benchmarking data to allow NAFCU members to assess how their executive compensation stands when compared with their peers," said NAFCU Services President David Frankil.

The survey asks NAFCU member credit unions for salary and benefit information for top executive positions participating in non-qualified benefits plans. Independent research firm Clark & Chase Research Inc. developed and will administer the confidential survey.

Individual responses will not be seen by anyone outside of Clark & Chase, and survey participants will receive a free copy of the final report.

"We feel the survey is an excellent way to begin our partnership with NAFCU members," said Richard Brock, principal at Burns-Fazzi, Brock & Associates. "The information will enhance their ability to recruit, reward and retain top executive talent."
