Conversion Rule Headlines NCUA Board Meeting
Credit union conversions to mutual savings banks have captured headlines much of the year, and just in time for the holidays, NCUA approved a final rule on conversion disclosures.
The board also voted on a final rule regarding permissible investments and the NCUSIF operating level for 2007. Credit Union Times was on-site. See page 8 for full coverage.
