Jeffrey B. Hendrickson, president/CEO of Dow Louisiana Federal Credit Union, Plaquemine, La., recently completed all prerequisites of the Credit Union Exectuvies Society's "CEO Institute" program. This achievement qualifies Hendrickson to be one of the esteemed graduates of this distinguished program and to receive the designation of Certified Chief Executive. La Capitol Federal Credit Union, Baton Rouge, La., has promoted Ingrid Payne-Johnson to branch manager of its Baton Rouge operation.
