CARMEL, Ind. – Purdue University's Benchmark Portal has recently honored Allied Solutions with the Center of Excellence Award. This designation was earned through the completion of a data collection, discovery and delivery process in which 24 areas of service for the collateral protection insurance (CPI) product were evaluated. Generally 60% of all service providers withdraw from the Center of Excellence pursuit following the initial data collection process. Only 10% of service providers worldwide receive this award, and Allied Solutions is the only insurance tracking service provider to obtain this honor. "I would like to congratulate the insurance tracking division on its recent designation as a customer service Center of Excellence," said Allied Solutions CEO Chris Hilger. "This designation is an outstanding achievement, as Allied Solutions is now the only CPI provider in the country to be recognized in this manner. Furthermore, the designation is yet another example of the hard work and dedication of the staff of the insurance tracking division."
