MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Parsam Technologies has released an upgrade of its uMonitor new account setup and online application and integrated switch kit, the company says. Release 3.0 adds credit and loan accounts to the existing deposit account functionality, as well as boosts the platform's ability to handle complex eligibility requirements, cross selling and upselling in real time, unified services for online, branch and call center channels and integrate online funding from bank accounts and credit cards. The company (www.umonitor.com) says 10 credit unions will be going live with the new platform in the next few weeks.
