I sat in the audience of a conference at the end of 2011 as we, a group of digital marketers, tried to grapple with the astonishing statistics around the growth rate of smart phones in the U.S., and the even faster rate of growth of tablets and the newest breeds of mobile devices, so-called “mini” tablets and jumbo phones. It seems that in the future we would have to engage with website visitors on every possible screen size you could imagine, from 3.5 inches all the way up to oversized monitors that were 27 inches or larger.

A rhetorical question: If 2012 was the year of mobile, what is 2015? And what does this mean for credit unions in 2015?
