The $545 million Align Credit Union in Lowell, Mass., donated 47 dresses to the ninth-annual Belle of the Ball prom dress drive. A local cleaner organizes the drive so that 400 high school girls can go in style to their big night without charge for their gowns and accessories. Founded in 1922, Align changed its name from Northern Massachusetts Telephone Workers Credit Union last year.
