ARLINGTON, Va. — While NAFCU Director of Planning, Programming, and Special Projects Joe Boyle has many things he is looking forward to enjoying in retirement after 17-plus years with the organization, he said that he will also miss a lot, particularly some of the relationships he has built in the credit union community.

“I’ve enjoyed my time at NAFCU, which serves the credit union community. That has been a motivation for me to come into work every day and kept me pumped up,” he said. But, with a new grandson, Aidan, and an itch to travel the world with his wife, Boyle decided it was time for him to retire for the second time. He previously retired from the Marine Corps in 1989 after 21 years.
