NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – NACUSO has created a new recognition award – the CUSO Collaboration and Cooperation Award – and the first-time winner will be named on May 16 during this year's annual NACUSO Conference in Las Vegas. The award, said the association, is designed to recognize those CUSOs that have best demonstrated excellence and innovation in utilizing the collaborative and cooperative model to solve challenges faced by the credit union industry. The award will be judged on the following five criteria: thought, leadership and critical thinking; value created through use of collaboration; innovation in organizational design; implementation and execution; and results, outcomes and performance.
