The MnCUN’s Political Involvement Committee took advantage of the Midwestern rivalry to host a Monday Night Football fundraiser that evening. Nearly 40 people came together to watch the game on the board room television. PIC members and their credit unions sponsored the stadium fare – bratwurst, nachos, pretzels and Cracker Jacks – and cold beer for attendees. The final score was Vikings 20, Packers 17. “The most important thing is that we raised money for CULAC,” said MnCUN President/CEO Kevin Chandler. “The second most important is that the Vikings won.”
