LAS VEGAS – Teres Solutions (www.teresolutions.com) has added home equity loan origination support to its SAIL Direct Lending software platform. The Austin, Texas, based company has more than 30 credit unions on its Software Application for Integrated Lending (SAIL) indirect lending platform and recently began offering the direct lending option, which integrates with loanliner.com and a number of major core processing platforms for 7/24 online applications for direct loans on vehicles, boats, credit card and personal lines, the company says. The new home equity support now automates that product, as well, including compliance controls and reports, risk analysis, workflow and performance monitoring, the company says. An initial user, Pierre Cardenas, vice president at $367 million IBM Texas Employees Federal Credit Union (www.ibmtefcu.org), says, “By ensuring we have the necessary compliance information available at the touch of a button when taking and processing the application, we’re able to streamline the process by simplifying and incorporating the product into our everyday application processing.” Teres announced the upgrade at the NAFCU convention in Las Vegas.
