How Data Management Increases Efficiency for Credit Unions
Original Broadcast Date: Wednesday, February 22, 2012
Managing a credit union in today’s volatile banking market can be a challenge. On one hand, consumers are turning to credit unions as a result of rampant anti-bank sentiment. On the other hand, smaller credit unions struggle to thrive in a crowded market. Increasingly, credit union executives and managers are turning to empirical data on which to base vital business decisions. But identifying, analyzing and acting on the right data can still be a challenge.
Join this webinar and hear how Cara Gwinn, Manager, Business Systems Solutions, Virginia Credit Union, learned how to harness data generated from daily, high volume reports to drive better business decisions.
Attendees will hear details on how Virginia Credit Union uses the Monarch Report Analytics platform to:
- Access and analyze data trapped in reports from Fidelity, Diebold, Visa and other vendors and systems
- Automate the creation and distribution of daily reports
- Deliver better reports for tax statements, audits and other financial reporting requirements
