The $3.3 billion corporate will be converting to the Complete Credit Union Solution: DNA and several other add-ons from Connecticut-based Open Solutions.
“We are highly Web-based, and we needed a core system that works in this type of infrastructure,” said Jay Murray, president/chief operating officer of 1,050-member Mid-Atlantic. “We also needed a solution that would easily interface and integrate with our other systems.”
The other solutions include the cView CRM suite, digital document systems, a financial accounting suite that includes general ledger capabilities, and the ProfitVision and Channel Manager Toolkit solutions.
“Through cView, we will consolidate all of our member data into one database,” Murray said. “We have three locations that we pull data from, and this will simplify our ability to gain a complete view of our members with a quick snapshot on one screen.”
Murray said the vendor’s experience in working with Mid-Atlantic’s peers was another factor in its decision.
“Collaboration during the annual client conference and regional meetings with other corporate credit unions was important to Mid-Atlantic,” Murray said.
“We look forward to further developing and enhancing the system, along with Open Solutions and other corporate users,” he said.
