NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Speaking today at the opening session of ACUMA's convention here, Gus Faucher, Director of Macroeconomics for Moody's.com forecasted a short and mild recession for the American economy.
Faucher said that the stimulus package, the Fed's aggressive moves and legislative action taken to stem foreclosures should all gain momentum to keep the economy on track for the third quarter.
