California Coast Credit Union, with $1.7 billion in assets and located in San Diego, California, is seeking a talented executive to fill the role of Chief Information Officer. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Chief Information Officer is accountable for leading and managing the Information Technology Department in a manner that achieves the credit union’s mission and goals.  This key management position is accountable for the strategic planning and direction of the department, as well as plans, policies and procedures and reporting to the Board of Directors. This position is an integral part of the senior management team and has oversight and responsibility for all Information Technology functions to achieve the credit union’s goals and objectives for growth.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years equivalent information technology experience with minimum of 10 years management capacity, including 5 years in a senior management role. Bachelor degree in business, financial services, information technology/systems, engineering, computer science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
