University Credit Union, a financially sound credit union with $500 million in assets located in Los Angeles is looking for a Vice President of Administration.   This high visibility, senior management level position, reporting directly to the CEO will require both a strategic and tactical thinker. You will be responsible for all aspects of administration and human resources with a strong emphasis on training. You will also organize and facilitate all annual, board, and employee meetings and maintain and update bylaws, policies and procedures and all official documents related to operations of the credit union.   Further responsibilities are developing training programs that reflect the needs of employees and enhance member service; update job descriptions, benefit programs, and the performance evaluation program; and maintain a working knowledge of all HR reporting requirements.  Five years of HR experience in a financial institution and a bachelor’s degree are required, Masters is preferred.  Reference #CT312.
