Heritage Trust Federal Credit Union ($486M) has announced their search for a Director of Service Excellence. This financially strong, community-based credit union headquartered in the Charleston, SC area is searching for a key member of the Heritage Trust team that will provide leadership and work collaboratively with Senior Management and all departments across the organization. The organization’s Director of Service Excellence will partner with key lines of business to define growth opportunities and drive execution of current and new sales and service initiatives. The position is responsible for leveraging data for sales initiatives as they relate to the strategic growth plan, develop, implement and evaluate plans.
The position requires process improvement, staff coaching and training, employee sales performance as well as assessments and recommendations to management. Successful candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales and service role preferably with a Financial Institution as well as a demonstrated ability to develop cohesive teams, effectively work cross-functionally in a collaborative manner, leverage technology, and possess excellent leadership skills. Requirements include 4-Year College Degree in Business or related field and a proven track record of structuring and executing plans with a revenue generation and service delivery focus.
