CAMPUS USA Credit Union ($1.1B in assets) located in Gainesville, FL is currently seeking a new Chief Operating Officer to join the ranks of the organization’s executive leadership team. The COO will be charged with strategic oversight of the credit union’s 15 member service centers and call center operations.  Successful candidates will provide innovative leadership driving sale initiatives, geographic market expansion strategies, new product development, and the progressive use of technology in service delivery.  Candidates should have a track record for identifying opportunities for operating efficiency and driving robust, member-centric retail strategies.  The CAMPUS USA corporate culture is one that thrives on employee development, collaborative leadership, and will require a visionary retail executive with exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.  Ideal candidates should possess competency in lending, financial analytics and embrace technology to further position CAMPUS USA as a financial leader in current and future markets.  A bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years retail branch administration experience is required.  Advanced degree is a plus.
