Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union ($550 Million), steadfast in their commitment to county, city and school employees is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. County Federal has a solid membership franchise in the Santa Clara Valley, is on sound financial footing and has an enviable corporate culture that blends professionalism, teamwork, and member service.  Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing a strong  Controller function, investments, ALM, budgeting and cross-functional projects that require financial support.  The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of the financial dynamic and most importantly the ability to see the big picture, quickly determining trends indicating opportunities, risks and threats.  Strong organization and planning competencies, skilled communicator at staff, management team, and board levels are requirements.  This position requires at least five years of financial leadership experience in a complex community bank or credit union along with a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or a related field.  A highly competitive compensation and benefits package will be offered as well as an opportunity for a qualified candidate to assume additional responsibilities in the future.
