Card Services for Credit Unions (CSCU), the nation’s largest card processing association exclusively serving credit unions, located in Clearwater, Florida, is in search of a Vice President of Sales.  In this newly created position, CSCU will look to the Vice President of Sales to build a national inside and outside sales team, develop a departmental budget and create an internal sales process.  Responsibilities will include structuring the department, hiring and developing a sales staff, formulating sales strategies/policies and establishing sales goals to capture market share in credit and debit card processing within the credit union industry.  Additionally, this individual will be charged with strengthening customer retention and evaluating credit union and card holder servicing strategies.  The successful candidate will have proven experience within the credit union industry and an extensive network of high level contacts, allowing them to assume this role immediately.  The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and ten years of progressive sales experience.  This position will require up to 60% travel.
