Approaching $40 million in assets, TruService Community Federal Credit Union, located in Little Rock, Arkansas, is in search of a Vice President of Lending to elevate their loan operations.  This organization is poised for greater growth and is seeking a qualified senior executive who can manage their consumer loan operations, grow mortgage production, expand small business lending and diversify the overall loan portfolio.  Additionally, this individual will oversee the development of new loan products and services, coach and mentor loan officers and monitor loan quality.  Successful candidate will have five plus years of experience managing a diverse loan portfolio and a proven ability to grow and enhance a lending operation.  Extensive consumer and mortgage underwriting experience is critical; commercial loan experience a plus.  Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
