As part of their continued growth, and commitment to meet the highest levels of customer service, our client a large San Francisco Bay Area Credit Union, is seeking a Vice President, Business Development. This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer, the incumbent should be a dynamic self starter and be adept at managing external sales professionals. You should be agile, and flexible in your sales leadership style, with the ability to multitask and manage change. The ideal candidate will have an in depth knowledge of lending products and services with a proven track record of success in sales leadership. As you assume responsibility and control of all aspects of Business Development sales initiatives and programs, your strategic approach and tactical execution should be analytically/strategically based. Minimum of five years of banking or credit union experience in sales and/or business development, managerial level or above and a Bachelor’s degree are required. EOE. Reference: VP BD.
