A mid-sized credit union in Southern California is looking for a dynamic Collections Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively supervise the Collections Department’s daily activities to control delinquency, as defined in the Business Plan. Possesses a thorough knowledge of policies and criteria concerning all aspects of collections. Stays current and complies with all Federal and State rules and regulations; collection laws; repossession laws; foreclosure laws; and Bankruptcy laws. Responsible for organizing, planning, and managing the collections staff and projects. Uses strong leadership and coaching skills to maintain positive staff morale.
