NIH Federal Credit Union ($442M in assets), headquartered in Rockville, MD, is seeking a Director of Staff Development to provide organizational development and training to the staff at NIH Federal Credit Union. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to be a part of growing the organization while engaging the employees in the learning process. The incumbent will be charged with developing core competencies and building consistency in the Credit Union. You will create, develop and deliver all training and coaching sessions to increase service/performance levels and effectiveness of the organization and set up leadership or executive development programs among employees in staff level positions, to help develop future leaders in the organization.  Candidates must be high energy, motivational leaders with a love for training. A bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred along with a minimum of 5 years in a financial institution. EOE. Title: Regional Branch and Service Manager
Location: Maryland

NIH Federal Credit Union ($442M in assets), headquartered in Rockville, MD is seeking a Regional Branch and Service Manager to direct all branch and frontline operations; which includes sales and service of all credit union products and services.  The incumbent will be responsible for planning and providing direction for Cash Management and Business Account Management.  You will ensure that quality services are provided to members in compliance with state and federal regulations and the credit union’s policies and procedures.  You will also develop and maintain scorecards and other reporting tools as needed to achieve goals and objectives for frontline staff.  Bachelor’s degree is required and a minimum of seven years management experience in sales and service leadership in a progressive retail banking organization.
