Excellent opportunity for an experienced executive to lead Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union, a thriving and emergent $320 million financial institution, headquarted in Kailua-Kona on the Island of Hawaii. The credit union is recognized for its heritage among its employees, members and the communities it serves. As President/Chief Executive Officer and working with and under the direction of the Board of Directors, this individual will blend the qualities of strategic direction, sound financial management, strong human relations, technology enhancements and a progressive marketing and product approach to the operations of the credit union with the innate ability to manage change. Ideal candidate must possess charismatic leadership qualities representing the credit union at local and national events with the ability to relate to a diverse mix of cultural and ethnic groups. Minimum of ten (10) years of financial services experience, seven years in a progressively responsible senior leadership position needed. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
