The ideal candidate will have an in depth knowledge of lending products and services with a proven track record of success in sales leadership. As you assume responsibility and control of all aspects of Business Development sales initiatives and programs, your strategic approach and tactical execution should be analytically/strategically based. A mid-sized credit union in Southern California is looking for a dynamic Collections Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively supervise the Collections Department’s daily activities to control delinquency, as defined in the Business Plan. Possesses a thorough knowledge of policies and criteria concerning all aspects of collections. Stays current and complies with all Federal and State rules and regulations; collection laws; repossession laws; foreclosure laws; and Bankruptcy laws. Responsible for organizing, planning, and managing the collections staff and projects. Uses strong leadership and coaching skills to maintain positive staff morale.
