Hereford Texas Federal Credit Union has converted to a new core processing platform from Sharetec Systems Inc., the company and credit union said.
Hereford Texas FCU (www.htfcu.com) went live on the Sharetec Online platform on Oct. 1 as a service bureau client with the Lino Lakes, Minn. company.
The 8,800 member credit union also deployed documents, audio response and home banking solutions from Sharetec, the company said.
The $40 million Panhandle credit union had been an Ebank Systems Inc. customer, according to its 5300 Call Report with the NCUA.
Sharetec Systems is owned by its regional distributors–including DataSystems of Texas in El Paso–and currently serves more than 300 credit unions, the company said.
