MeridianLink Inc. said it has added three more credit unions to its
list of clients using the company’s account opening and automated
lending solutions.
They are the $428 million iQ CU in Vancouver, Wash., the $1 billion
Royal CU of Eau Claire, Wis., and the $315 million SafeAmerica CU of
Pleasanton, Calif.
Royal CU deployed the XpressAccounts solution and SafeAmerica is using
the LoansPQ product, the company said, while iQ CU recently added
XpressAccounts for both branch and online membership applications and
new accounts to its existing LoansPQ deployment.
“Each of these credit unions had different needs and goals in
automating all or part of their member financial services,” said Tim
Nguyen, chief information and technology officer for MeridianLink in
Costa Mesa, Calif., adding that each also uses a different core
processor.
“During the first couple of weeks that the system was available online,
we received over a hundred applications–just by offering the link on
our Web site without any additional marketing.” said Erik LeMay,
applications support manager for 109,000-member Royal CU.
MeridianLink provides enterprise business solutions to more than 26,000
end users in the financial services industry, the company said,
including more than 300 credit unions using its account opening and
automated lending software.
