Lending Solutions Inc. and Matrix Manager are offering what the
companies call a turnkey auto loan recapture program for credit unions.
The program combines LSI’s Recapture Pro solution–which offers
telemarketing and loan application by phone to pre-screened members who
have recently financed elsewhere–with Matrix Manager’s targeted
marketing and Web-based campaign deployment systems.
“Our marketing strategy team works closely with each credit union to
determine the best incentive to offer based on their membership and
other market factors,” said Ann Bouchard, president of Matrix Manager
in Roseville, Calif.
Offers could include interest rate, deferred payment and other
incentives. Within 72 hours of the bulk of the mail drop being
delivered, LSI will follow up with a phone call and then an e-mail
after that, the companies said.
