The $578 million Sb1 Federal Credit Union in Philadelphia has named 30-year financial services veteran Joseph Conners as its new chief financial officer and senior vice president.
Conners had been executive vice president and CFO at the $322 million McGraw-Hill Federal Credit Union in East Windsor, N.J., and had held the same position at Beneficial Mutual Bancorp in Philadelphia, his new employer said.
“We welcome Joe’s experience and leadership to the Sb1 community as our CFO,” said Sb1 President/CEO Rob Werner.
“Joe’s respected management style and significant executive abilities, combined with his skills as a communicator and motivator, will ensure that he has the ideal background to take Sb1 to the next level. I look forward to working with Joe as we continue to grow and expand Sb1 in the greater Philadelphia market,” Werner said.
