CO-OP Financial Services and Credit Unions for Kids have joined to provide credit union members with an add-on transaction for charitable contributions to the Children’s Miracle Network that can be made at any CO-OP-linked ATM.
“It is a very easy matter for our clients to activate this convenient charitable contribution opportunity for their members,” said Stan Hollen, president/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. “We encourage them to take advantage of this program promptly to maximize giving.”
All ATMs directly “driven” by CO-OP for its clients are eligible for this feature. Credit unions interested in taking advantage of this opportunity can begin their participation by opening a work order through the client-only extranet area of CO-OP’s website.
CO-OP Financial Services also manages on behalf of its 3,500-client credit unions the CO-OP Miracle Match program. This program grants $1 million annually in matches to Credit Unions for Kids fundraisers.
CO-OP is now accepting applications for the 2014 CO-OP Miracle Match program, the big CUSO said.
