Titled “C.U. at the Table: the UMassFive College Credit Union Employee Cookbook,” the two-volume set features 75 recipes and was developed over the course of five months, as staff members perfected recipes.
There were tastings held for employees to sample each category, ranging from appetizers to desserts. At each tasting, a staff favorite was chosen at every branch, the credit union said.
The cookbook may be purchased at any UMassFive branch. There are two volumes of the cookbook, available for purchase individually for $10 each, or as a two-volume set for $17.
Proceeds benefit the UMass Medicine Cancer Center of Excellence. UMassFive is proud to be one of the annual Cancer Walk’s biggest corporate fundraising teams, the credit union said.
