The $1.3 billion Arizona Federal Credit Union in Phoenix is converting to the Symitar core processing system from Jack Henry & Associates, the company said.
The 152,500 Arizona Federal cited integration with third-party vendors and a flexible infrastructure in its decision, Missouri-based Jack Henry said in the announcement.
“Arizona Federal has a member-focused strategy that requires advanced technology and multiple integration points,” Symitar President Ted Bilke said in the announcement.
Arizona Federal currently runs on the DataSafe account processing platform from Fiserv Inc., according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.
Symitar currently claims more than 39% of the core processing market for credit unions of more than $1 billion in assets and said more than 750 credit unions overall are on its core platforms.
