The $1.2 billion Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union in Knoxville, Tenn., has committed to converting its digital banking technology to software from Connect Financial Software Solutions of Salt Lake City, the company and credit union said.
The multi-year deal calls for the 129,000-member KTVAECU to deploy online banking, mobile apps, personal financial management, lending and account opening solutions from Connect, which said KTVAECU is its 18th client.
“KTVAECU engaged in an extensive RFP process. Their ability to help us support our members across nearly every touch-point, branch, online, and via the mobile channels is really exciting,” Pam Johnson, new technology manager at KTVAECU, said in the announcement on Wednesday.
“KTVAECU expressed their vision for the channel to us, and we were able to demonstrate how our solutions would support it now, and how our emerging solutions will place KTVAECU at a strategic advantage going forward,” Connect Vice President Joe Long said in the statement.
KTVAECU currently uses Intuit Financial Services for home banking, according to the Technology Survey from Callahan & Associates.
