Card Services for Credit Unions will host credit union professionals at its 2013 Solutions Conference, April 24–28 at the Renaissance Vinoy Resort & Golf Club in St. Petersburg, Fla.
The theme is Spotlight: Payments, which will be explored through planning and preparing for EMV and the future of mobile payments; building a more profitable card program through strategic planning; increasing ROA and operational efficiencies; and adapting and succeeding in today’s evolving marketplace.
Attendees will hear from successful credit union executives and a panel of industry experts, as well as motivational keynote speakers, Ken Schmidt, communications specialist for Harley-Davidson Motor Co., and Eric LeGrand, collegiate athlete whose life-changing experience left him paralyzed.
In addition, industry leaders will share expertise in breakout sessions addressing member segmentation, mobile payments, interchange strategies, credit/debit card portfolio growth, fraud prevention and innovation and the future of credit unions.
The goal is to give members real-life take-home value they can implement, said Robert Hackney, president of CSCU.
