The strategic partnership between The Members Group and CO-OP Financial Services moved another step forward on Thursday when CO-OP announced it would start offering TMG's reloadable prepaid card to its member credit unions.
CO-OP Financial Services already offers a line of single load prepaid cards under its own brand, as does TMG.
“The goal of our partnership with TMG is to offer the best products for each client’s unique needs,” said Stan Hollen, president/CEO of CO-OP Financial Services in Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.
“The TMG program is a very attractive way for our clients to provide their members and non-members with a versatile reloadable prepaid card,” Hollen said.
“A full-service, team-approach to client support is at the heart of this initiative,” said Shazia Manus, CEO of TMG in Des Moines, Iowa. “CO-OP can now introduce credit unions to a robust, well-established reloadable prepaid program that is handled by our TMG retail payments product team.”
The organizations said credit unions that adopt the TMG product will sign contracts directly with TMG, who will be responsible for sales, implementation, support and invoicing.
