The Credit Union Executives Society and Michael Neill & Associates Inc. have announced a contest designed to bring attention to credit union employees who are “Doin’ it Right.” That is, employees who offeg outstanding service to every member at every touchpoint. The winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize.
“Credit unions employing a member-centric philosophy naturally grow,” said Mike Neill, president of MNA “And, they find their employees are more engaged and productive, as well.
“For this contest, credit union personnel simply submit a video of their employees ‘Doin’ it Right’ while serving their members or others on staff,” said Neill. “The video doesn’t have to be anything fancy or professional. People can just grab their phones, and capture the action as it happens. You can also submit reenactments.”
Credit unions can submit their entries and learn more on the ServiStar Facebook page,
facebook.com/CUESServiStar. The entry deadline is March 15. Neill will select a winner March 20 and present the wiiner with $1,000 in person by March 30. Additionally the winner will be recognized on the ServiStar Facebook page. ServiStar is a comprehensive program, created by Neill, that is designed to help credit unions develop and implement a sales and service culture.
