Bibb at MidSouth Helm

Roy Bibb has been named president/CEO of the $176 million, 30,100-member MidSouth Community Federal Credit Union in Macon, Ga.

Bibb had been vice president of branch services at the $1.8 billion Robins FCU in Macon, Ga., and before that was president/CEO of Central Georgia Regional CU, his new employer said.

The 20-year financial services veteran succeeds Claude Garrett, who had served as the credit union’s president since 1976.

MidSouth Community FCU was originally chartered as Bibb Teachers Federal Credit Union and now serves anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school within its NCUA-designated 13-county community charter.
