Lending Solutions Inc. said a loan application taken on behalf of the $1.1 billion Partners Federal Credit Union in Orlando, Fla., was the Elgin, Ill., company’s 500,000th, a new mark for a single year.
LSI said it also set single year records for total calls answered, indirect loans handled and overall transactions processed in 2012, a year that also saw the company founded by consultant Rex Johnson open its second contact center, a 20,000-square-foot facility in Naperville, Ill.
“This is another outstanding milestone for us,” said LSI CEO Lee Kolquist. LSI has now been in business for more than 18 years and said its client list includes more than 300 credit unions, bank and mortgage companies.
