Family Affair Robbery
Police arrested a 50-year-old man and his two adult children for robbing a branch of the Houston-based, $892 million First Community Credit Union in Katy, Texas, in October. Authorities said the three may also be responsible for five bank robberies.
A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office in Fort Bend County, Texas, said Ronald Scott Catt and his son Hayden Scott Catt, 20, are accused of walking into the First Community CU branch on Cinco Ranch Boulevard in Katy wearing orange traffic vests and dark sunglasses. They then allegedly held employees at gunpoint and demanded cash.
