Credit Union Times' Regulation, Compliance Webinar Now Online

Credit Union Times’ Dec. 5 webinar – “The Future of Regulation and Compliance: What You Need to Know to Successfully Prepare Your Organization” – is now available for anytime viewing.

The webinar was the latest in the Credit Union Leadership Forum.

The speakers were:

  • Tim Segerson, deputy director of the NCUA’s Office of Examination and Insurance.
  • Anne Flannery, a New York-based senior partner in the securities enforcement and litigation practice at Morgan Lewis.
  • Stuart R. Levine, former CEO of Dale Carnegie & Associates, now author and speaker on strategic planning and leadership development.

The moderator was Sarah Snell Cooke, publisher/editor of Credit Union Times.

Topics included supervisory exam guidelines, corporate credit unions, loan participations, member business loans, liquidity rules, and alternative capital. The implications of Dodd-Frank and lessons from regulatory investigations also were addressed.

Also archived online is the Oct. 17 webinar by the Credit Union Leadership Forum – a session on successful mergers.
