The $3.2 billion, 246,000-member OnPoint Community Credit Union in Portland, Ore., said it will donate $10,000 to the American Red Cross to support Hurricane Sandy relief efforts across the country.

“Our thoughts go out to those suffering the effects of this devastating storm,” said OnPoint President/CEO Rob Stuart. “We sincerely hope this donation will help in their relief and recovery efforts.”

Onpoint, Oregon’s largest credit union, said it will be accepting donations from members, as well, at its 22 branches in Oregon and southwest Washington through Nov. 30.
