CUNA Mutual Group said its third-annual Online Discovery Conference set a new attendance record.
The virtual conference on Oct. 9 drew 1,968 registrations, including 1,681 from credit unions, 59 from leagues, and 10 from credit union service organizations, the company said.
The 13 sessions, conference materials, virtual expo center and networking with virtual business cards will remain online and offered free of charge until June 28, 2013.
The conference’s show prize winner was Kasi Kowal Devinney of the $15.1 million Keystone United Methodist Federal Credit Union in Cranberry Township, Pa.
She received free registration and $1,000 in travel expenses to the 2013 America’s Credit Union Conference on June 30-July 3 in New York City.
